What are the rental periods divided?
- Price per Day
- Price per Week (5 workdays)
- Price per Month (20 workdays)
- Weekenprice (Friday 11:00 till Monday 07:00)
Price per Day one is for one rental period of 24 hours, eg Pick up 7:00 – returned the next day 07:00 (1 day rent), different collection times can be arranged separately (eg up the evening before), flexibility is our strength!
The machine can be up to 8 engine operating hour per day or 12 hours of engine operation used on weekends. Less use can not be considered. Minimum rental one working day.
How are rents calculated?
Rental rates are net, the rent will be 5 % and 20 % VAT added insurance. Rentals do not include fuel costs and no operator.
Rechenbeispiel:
Minibagger 1,5 Tonnen: € 140,00 Tagesmiete + 5 % Versicherung (€ 7,00) und 20% Mwst. (€ 29,40 von € 147,00)
Ergibt: € 176,00 am Einzeltag inkl Mwst.
What if I do not stay in the intended work can accomplish?
No problem, we can extend availability to you. Flexibility is our strength!
What should I bring on arrival?
- Official photo identification (driver´s license, passport, identity card)
- Extract from the Companies Register (if available)
- Deposit (at least € 500, – for small appliances, large appliances on request)
- Rental amount including VAT and any transport insurance. (not available with debit or credit card payment) for the time period provided in cash or advance payment
As the machine is fueled?
All units are in principle fully delivered and fully expected to return. We also carry a tank service for clothing machine, but is free of charge. Tank level at the same level of fuel delivery If returning: otherwise applies.
How do I transport the unit?
Basically, our machinery will be collected from tenants. We do not have their own cart. Machines up to 2.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight may be negotiable and subject to availability delivered by us, otherwise we assign to customers, local businesses.
Attention: Please note that the currently applicable provisions of followers and the corresponding driving license (in most cases EzuB or C is required).
Cargo security is very important to us: lashings and lashing in a suitable class and quality of the tenant to provide and use!
What is insured by the machine?
The machine is insured against breakage. For details see Conditions of rental `s. Small losses are usually not insured because of the deductible would exceed the actual cost of repairs.
If the machine is insured against theft?
No, once the machine leaves our premises is the risk of the tenant. It is recommended to block the machine well and keep them in inaccessible places.
How do I return the machine?
The machine must be clean, with the same fuel level as when delivered, and returned unharmed. Costs for cleaning services are billed at cost, but at least € 20, – for very small devices.
Can I rent a complete package (engine with fuel and driver, maybe lorry)?
No, our customers are Erdbeweger, if interested, we may share your contact but you.
